Custom Email Templates

If you would like to add detailed custom email templates to You'reOnTime that look like the example below, then continue with this article.

Creating and downloading HTML email template

There are several free HTML email templates online that you can customize to suit your needs. We recommend the following:

• Stripo - https://stripo.email/templates/
• DesignModo - https://designmodo.com/email-templates/
• Unlayer - https://unlayer.com/templates
• Beefree - https://beefree.io/templates

In this example, we will be using Stripo. First, begin by creating an account for your selected provider. Once logged in, you can select to view the prebuilt forms or create your own.

Once you have selected a template that you would like to use, make sure to delete the Stripo logo or any other logos that are automatically added to the template. To do so, simply click the delete button on the section with the logo as seen below.

When you have finished designing the email template, navigate to the top of the screen and click export. Select the file option, click HTML, check all the boxes, and then download the HTML file.

Integrating with You'reOnTime

Now that the file has been downloaded, open it with a text editor (notepad) and copy all the text. This can be done simply by clicking CTRL + A and then CTRL + C. With the code copied, navigate to Manage Email, which can be found in the marketing tab or using this link here. Now select +Add New and you can select a template type, title, and subject. To add the code to the email, simply click the < > button as shown below and paste the code in, then click save. Now, you should see the email template as it was shown in Stripo. Finally, click save at the bottom of the screen. You can use this email template in a marketing campaign, reminder, or for all bookings.
