Rebooking An Appointment

If you have followed the Booking An Appointment Guide, the steps to rebooking an appointment are very similar!


  1. To ensure that your previous appointments will be shown, please ensure that you Log In with the same Username and Password that you booked with.

    This can be done by navigating to the Account Tab from the bottom app drawer and logging in:


  1. In order to rebook an appointment, simply click the Bookings button at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the My Bookings tab.


  1. From here, click on the history tab and it will load your previous history of all your appointments at that location:


  1. Then, just press Rebook and you will be presented with a popup to confirm the action:


  1. Once confirmed, you will be presented with a screen to select a date and time - exactly like booking an appointment.


  1. Once your preferences have been selected, simply press continue and you will be directed to the booking details screen to review your selections:

    From this screen, just scroll down and select go to payment.



  1. Once your card details have been entered, you will once again be greeted with a popup confirming your booking!
