Creating Service Reminders

If you want to setup automated reminders on a per service basis, YoureOnTime offers service reminders to easily automate communications after a set period of time has elapsed post-appointment.

However, this guide will cover specified messages for individual services after a client has attended an appointment.

1. To do this, head to settings

2. Then under the services tab, click on manage services

3. From here, select any service where you would want to automate a message to a client after their appointment

4. Once an appropriate service is selected, click on the reminder tab

5. Once in the reminder tab, ensure that the automatically send a follow up message box is ticked 

6. Once the box is ticked select the method of communications either email or SMS - however, be aware that SMS communications will use SMS credits

7. Then, select how long after the appointment the selected message should be sent

8. Following this, customize your message to your client in the box below as you would with a standard SMS message

9. Following your custom message, you can click save

Clicking save will then automate this message to be sent after the specified amount of time for this service only, you can repeat this process as many times over for the amount of services you would like to customize post-attendee messages for.
