Manually adjusting a clients loyalty points

Loyalty points are automatically added to a client based on your loyalty configuration. But there may be a reason where you wish to manually adjust a client's points, which is very easily done.

1. From the side-menu click, on the client menu.

2. From the client search screen find the client you wish to adjust the points for and click on their name to show their details.

3. On the clients go down to the Loyalty section where it will list the current points they have. There is also a button to Adjust Loyalty Points. Click this button and enter a number to add that many points to the client's record. Enter a negative number to remove points

The points on this screen will now reflect the updated value. You can also check the Loyalty tab on the client's record to see all the history of points being added and removed.
