Mapping Xero taxes

When configuring Xero you should also map any tax rates you have in You'reOnTime to a Xero tax rate. In most cases, this will be just two taxes, a sales tax such as GST or VAT and a Tax-Free. To map your taxes

1.  Click on Settings under the Welcome menu.
2.  In Settings, under the Products & Services section click on the Manage Tax Rates.
3.  In the Tax Search screen, click on the Add a new Tax rate button.

4.  Enter in the Tax Name, Tax Rate Percentage% and under the Linked Xero Tax select which Tax and finally click Save.


Now do the same process for each of your taxes including the Tax-Free record. Once complete you are ready to start sending your data to Xero.
