Adding a mix and match promotion
A Mix & Match Bundle lets the client pick any items from a list and pay one bundle price, for example "any 3 for $65". Bundles are filled with the dearest qualifying items first, and any items left over that do not make up a full bundle are charged at full price. The saving is spread across the items in the bundle in proportion to their price.
In this example clients can choose any three products from the beard care range for $65.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Under Promotions, click Mix & Match Bundle.

- Click Add New.
- Under Promotion Details, enter the Promotion Name and a Description. Set Status to Active when you want the promotion to run.
- Under Mix & Match Bundle, enter:
- Items per bundle - how many qualifying items make up one bundle, for example 3. A bundle must contain at least 2 items.
- Bundle price - the total the client pays for one bundle, for example 65.

- Under Who Qualifies, set any conditions for the client or sale, or leave them blank.
- Under Applies To, click the Services and Products the client can choose from. These are the items that can make up a bundle, so add the whole range you want to include.

- Under Locations and Available Days & Times, choose where and when the promotion runs.
- Under Redemption, leave Redemption Mode as Automatic so the bundle price applies as soon as enough qualifying items are on the sale, or choose Manual or Code Required.
- Under Limits, tick Once Per Sale if the client should only get one bundle at the bundle price even when they buy six qualifying items. Leave it unticked to allow two bundles for six items.
- Click Save.
Until the sale has enough qualifying items the promotion does nothing, and the Apply Promotions dialog tells staff how many more are needed. If the chosen items already come to less than the bundle price the promotion is not applied, so the client never pays more than the normal prices. See Applying Promotions to a Sale.
