Adding a set price promotion
A Set Price promotion sells every qualifying item at one set price instead of its normal price. It is ideal for clearing a product range or for a flat-price service special, such as "any beard oil $25" or "all kids' cuts $20".
Items that already cost less than the set price are not changed, so a client never pays more because of the promotion.
In this example we sell every beard oil in the range for a flat $25.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Under Promotions, click Set Price Per Item.

- Click Add New.
- Under Promotion Details, enter the Promotion Name and a Description. Set Status to Active when you want the promotion to run.
- Under Set Price, enter the Price per item. Every qualifying item on the sale will be charged at this price.

- Under Who Qualifies, set any conditions for the client or the sale, or leave them blank to offer the price to everyone.
- Under Applies To, click the Services and Products that will be sold at the set price. The products you choose appear in the right hand list. Leave All Staff ticked unless the price only applies with certain staff.

- Under Locations and Available Days & Times, choose where and when the promotion runs. Leave End Date blank for an open-ended promotion.
- Under Redemption, leave Redemption Mode as Automatic so the price applies as soon as a qualifying item is added to a sale, or choose Manual or Code Required.
- Under Limits, optionally restrict how many times the promotion can be redeemed in total or per client.
- Click Save.
When staff add one of the chosen products to a sale, the item's price is reduced to the set price and the promotion name is shown under the item. See Applying Promotions to a Sale.
