Creating a login

There may be a time where you need to creating a login that is not specifically related to a staff member. So it might be a reception login, supervisor or manager that people can use. Doing this is very easy and just like adding a new staff member.

  1. Go to Settings from the left hand menu.

  2. Choose the Manage Staff menu from settings

  3. Click the Add New button

  4. In the last name field enter a generic name for the login, such as Reception Login

  5. In the Security section enter the username and password for the login as well as the user level. For example you might have a username called reception and user level of Reception which will limit their access to certain areas of the system

  6. Importantly, as this is a staff member account make sure to untick the options Available For Appointments.
  7. Also do not select any days in the Usual Days Worked section or Services for this staff member.

  8. Now you can just click Save and this login will be enabled you can log out of the system and in with this new one.
