Adding Photos for Clients
Adding a Profile Picture
- Go to the Client's history.
Click on the Profile Icon below the Client Name.
In the Select Image pop-up, click on Select File. Then select the file and click Open.
A preview of the image will appear in the pop-up. You can enter a note for the image, or rotate the image if necessary. Once you're ready click OK to set the profile image.
The profile picture will now display the image that you uploaded.
Adding Images to the Photos Tab
- Go to the Client's history.
Click on the Photos tab. This will display all photos on the client's profile.
Click on the Add Photo or Document button.
In the Select Image pop-up, click on Select File. Then select the file and click Open.
A preview of the image will appear in the pop-up. You can enter a note for the image, or rotate the image if necessary. Once you're ready click OK.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 for all the images you want to upload. All of the photos will be displayed in the Photos tab. You can hover your mouse over an image to view details and even download, delete or rotate with a single click.
Adding an Image to Notes.
- Go to the Client's history.
Click on the Notes tab.
Click on Add Note.
Note: you can also quickly add a note from the appointment screen slideout menu.
Enter the details of the note and click on Select File. Then select the file and click Open.
Wait for the file to upload completely, then click Save.
The note has now been added with the image you uploaded. You can view the image by clicking on the Open Document link. You can also Edit or Delete the note from this screen.
