Adding a Repeat Booking

Some clients may like to have a recurring or repeat booking every so-many weeks. With You'reOnTime you can easily manage this. Let's take a look at the process below.

  1. Click on the client's appointment.Then click on Add Repeat Booking on the slide-out menu.
  2. The Repeat Booking screen will now be displayed. 

    Select whether it's a one-off repeat or a regularly occurring appointment, then select how many weeks between appointments and how many repeats. In this example, we'll set up an appointment recurring Wednesday every 4 weeks.
  3. Click Add Repeat Appointment.


Note: You can also add Repeat Bookings via the Search window or during Payment processing.
