Baselines

Baselines are settings for your KPI's to indicate what you consider the expected amount for a day. When you reach the baseline your KPI will change from red to green, giving you instant feedback on how your business is performing today. 

Setting your baselines

1. In the Dashboard screen, click on the Setup button in the top-right corner.
2. Click on the Baselines tab.
3. Set your baseline in each of the fields, as required. Click Save to commit the changes. 
4. The changes will be instantly reflected on your dashboard.
