Restricting client notes

If you have a requirement that notes can only be accessed and read by the staff member who created the note then you should use this special security option.

Making sure you are logged in as manager so you can change the security options then follow these options.

1. To access security choose the Security Levels option from the Settings screen.

 2. Once in the Security Levels screen find the option under the Clients section called Staff can only access notes and attached documents they have authored themselves. Tick all the boxes for this security level.

3. Click Save to confirm these changes.

Now it is important that you are using proper staff security configuration to ensure each staff has their own login.

It is important to note your manager will still be able to access all notes.
