How to Cancel or Void a Gift Voucher

1. Click on Sales. 
2. Click the Gift Voucher Lookup button on the Sales screen.
3. Search for the gift voucher by Voucher Id or name and once found, click the Edit button on the gift voucher record in question.
4. In the Gift Voucher Edit screen, change the Voucher Value to 0.00 and then click OK.

The voucher will now have a zero value and will no-longer be redeemable.
