I can't connect to You'reOnTime, what do I do?

If you are experiencing problems connecting to the site the first thing to remember is our support staff will automatically get a phone call if there is an outage, 24x7, so we are probably already working on the problem. 

There are a few options to connect to the application that you can try.

Main site. This is where you will normally connect to the application and should be the first preference.

Secondary site. If you are unable to connect to the main site please try the secondary site, this is running on a different server so should be unaffected by problems on the main site.

Mobile site. This is the mobile version of the application that runs on a different server. Although it doesn't have full functionality it will allow you access to your appointment book.
