Generating a product order

Generating a product order is very easy. You can do it two ways, by creating an order and adding any products you want to it, or have an order automatically generate based on the on-hand levels of products.

Start off by going to the Product orders screen and then follow these steps.

1. Click on the +Add New button.

2. In the Create Order screen date, order number and location will all be filled out by default but can be changed. If you know the supplier you are sending the order to you should select them.

3. When you have added items to an order you can enter the number of items you wish to order. If you clicked the Auto Fill Order option it will populate the Order Qty and Supply Price values based on how you configured your products.
