Combining two appointments into one sale

Sometimes you might have two appointments but they are paid for by one person, for example a husband and wife or family. In order to do this follow these steps.

1. One the first appointment use the Send To Sale button as you would for a normal appointment.

2. Once you are on the sales screen use the Add Appointment button to add additional appointments.3. A list of appointments will be displayed. Select the appointment you wish to add.4. Click Yes to confirm.

5. The sale now contains both appointments. Click complete sale and take payment as normal.
