Scheduling a staff member for a once off day
Occasionally you may want to schedule a staff member to work a day they don't normally do in their regular work schedule. To set this up is very easy, just follow the steps.
1. Go into Staff Rosters in the left side menu.
2. Click on Week Starting and then select which week you want to add a once-off day. Click directly on the day the staff member is Not scheduled.
3. Schedule for Staff member on date specified will appear, it will automatically default to Working, select Start Time and End Time, click Save.
4. Staff member is now scheduled for a one off day.
