Performing an individual invoice sync

An Individual Invoice sync will send all your sales through to Xero. Read more about the different sync types here. Unlike a Summary sync, an Invoice sync does not require you to do the banking first, although it is recommended.

Navigate to the Sales screen.




From the Sales screen, click on the  Xero Sync  button




After a short while you will be directed to the Xero Synchronisation screen, click on the  Connect to Xero  button



You will then be required to authorise the application to connect with YoureOnTime, by selecting the appropriate organisation from the dropdown menu and clicking on 
Authorise 




You will be taken back to the Xero Synchronisation screen screen, where you will need to click on the  Begin Sync  button





You will be notified that the synchronisation has been successful, at which point you can return to the sales screen by clicking on the  Return to Sales  button





You will now be able to login to Xero and see that your sales information has been imported across
